SCVWS Workshop Refund Policy

Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the first day of the workshop are 100% refundable.
  
  
• Cancellations within 30 days of first day of the workshop will incur a $75 cancellation fee (see notes below)
  
  
• Once the workshop begins, there will be no refund for no-shows or withdrawal. (see notes below)
  
  
• SCVWS reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons beyond our control. If a workshop is cancelled by SCVWS, registrants will receive a full refund.

Notes:

1. The only exception is a medical/family emergency (on a case-by-case basis). If you receive a jury duty summons for the workshop dates - please contact the workshop organizer ASAP.
   
   
2. The workshop organizer can help you find a substitute if there is a waiting list, or you may sell your workshop spot to another person. In either case, SCVWS or the Workshops Committee will not be involved in these financial transactions, and they shall be under your responsibility.
