SCVWS Workshops Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made prior to 30 days will receive full refund.        
• Cancellations between 30 days and the end of the workshop will NOT receive any refund. 
• Balance payments are due 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.  Make payments online.
• Failure to pay within 15 days of the beginning of the workshop will result in your enrollment being removed and your spot made available to the membership.  Your monies will NOT be refunded. 
• Workshop participant are NOT authorized to fill their own slot.  Please contact the Workshop Director or the Registrar to cancel your enrollment, or if you know of someone who would like to take your place in the workshop.  

SCVWS reserves the right to cancell any workshop that does not meet the minimum of 15 participants requirement.  If SCVWS cancels the workshop, all monies paid will be refunded to the participant by check.
