Workshops Payments

Registering for Workshops
You can register for workshops by clicking the payment button next to the workshop description.  Non-members must pay in full.  Members (logged in) can pay a deposit up to 60 days before the workshop and pay the balance later.

Paying Your Workshop Balance

If you didn't pay in full for your workshop you will receive an email when the balance is due. Members can also view their current workshops and balances using the "myWorkshops" link on the members page.  All payments are made online.

Canceling a Workshop

Individual members or non-members who have registered for a workshop cannot cancel their registration on-line.  All cancellations are handled by contacting the Registrar and requesting a cancellation.  Refunds are provided in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Policy on the Cancellations page. All refunds are provided by check. We are not able to apply credits to your credit card or PayPal account.

 Information Regarding Wait Lists  

We provide Wait Lists for workshops that have reached maximum capacity (20 people).  When we receive notice of a cancellation in a full workshop, an e-mail will be sent to everyone on the wait list.  The first person to respond will get the slot.
